Perciba Incorporated has a proprietary performance-based testing system that measures an employee’s ability to understand the spoken language at the moment it is heard. It is a standardized test based on native-speaker competency, so no preparation or study is required beforehand. A native speaker of the language will score 80% or higher. Your employee needs a minimum score of 75% on both tests to certify that the individual can successfully perform his or her duties on the job in the Spanish language.
